I’m intended to buy a data recovery software which I can use on any computer when in need but I’m not sure which software is good and I can use it on any computer I want.
Most importantly the software must be able to retrieve data from formatted PC, not those files deleted by recycle bin. [...]

I know there must be some software used to draw characters on websites??
or am i the only one who finds it effing hard to draw using a mouse??
