Do South Africans play from consoles or online games? What are the major gaming publications in South Africa? Which games are played?

My husband plays endless hours of online games like Guild Wars, etc. Does this open my computer to others? Can his gaming friends or other players obtain access to my system this way. I don’t necessarily trust that it is a secure way to play. How to I tell if my computer is safe?

I want to get my Playstation 3 online but I have to get a wireless router. What is a good router for gaming that costs less than 50 dollars?

Looking for something free and has a good amount of users and a nice variety of options and features. Ability to play against a computer would be a plus as I assume online games against a person can take a while to complete.

You can buy games online with those game cards but how do they save? Can you save them onto a SD memory card and play them without having the console online?

using a wireless usb. do i need another internet connection via phone line? have been to the shop where i bought ps3 but they were as helpful as a 3rd leg! lol Also does online gaming ‘cost’ much?
